Compared to the first generation of Psilocybe cubensis Mondo® PES Amazon Grow Kit, the next generation is improved with:

• Larger yields, more mushrooms
• More flushes*
• Better resistance against contaminations
• Different, but easier instructions

*some strains produce more flushes than others. The first three flushes are the largest.

Meet the new standard of easy grow kits

The grow kit for Psilocybe cubensis Mundo® PES Amazon Magic Mushroom differs somewhat from other grow kits that you may have used in the past. This is only seen in the substrate recipe and is kept a secret from general public knowledge. not even in our presence!

You don’t need to utilize extra spores, just like with the prior and other simple grow kits. The spores have grown into mycelium inside the substrate (the cake) in the grow box during the laboratory procedure. The mycelium is prepared to create mushrooms since it has completely colonized the substrate.

How to store the grow kit correctly

It is advised to begin the cultivation process as soon as possible. If you choose to begin growing later, the grow kit can be kept for two weeks in the refrigerator (2°C to 8°C). Initially, place the grow kit into a plastic shopping bag and securely seal it.

• 1x grow box – This contains substrate with active mycelium (the cake)
• 1x grow bag – The bag has a micron filter to keep contaminants out
• 1x paperclip – For closing the grow bag.

You need

• Misting Bottle – Misting is needed for the humidity level
• Potable water – For misting and soaking
• Clean environment – Work clean to give other fungi and bacteria (micro organisms) no chance to contaminate.

We recommend using

• Surgical gloves
• Facemask
• Disinfectant for hands
• Disinfectant for surfaces
• Soaking Bag
• Thermometer
• Thermo mat (when room temperature drops below 18°C)

How to prepare the room and yourself before you begin

• Shut any windows that are open. Microorganisms that could contaminate the Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazon’ Magic Mushroom grow kit could be brought in by wind or draft.
• Place the grow box with the cake on a sanitized surface after removing it from the carton box.
• Microorganisms may adhere to the grow box if this surface is not clean, grow inside the Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazon’ Magic Mushroom grow kit, and contaminate the grow box.
• Make sure your hands and arms are clean when working. When handling the kit, we advise using surgical gloves or a good disinfectant. To prevent breathing onto the cake and into the grow bag, wear a facemask.

Starting the process

1. Fill the box with fresh, potable water. Close the grow box well and let it soak for 12 hours.
2. After 12 hours, pour the surplus of water out of the grow box.
3. Place the grow box inside the grow bag. The open end of the bag should point upwards.
4. Remove the lid from the grow box. Rinse the lid and store it in the carton box.
5. Fold the open end of grow bag twice; do not cover the micron filter.
6. Place the paperclip on the fold, so the bag stays closed. Now the Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazon’ Magic Mushroom grow kit is ready to grow.
7. Place the Psilocybe cubensis ‘PES Amazon’ Magic Mushroom grow kit inside the carton box, on top of the ziploc with lid.
